Bad experience with this company
Positive: They dedicated the amount for the apartment even I didn’t stay with them. The apartment was not clean, they mentioned that pets not allowed while the whole building is full of pets from reception till you reach the booked apartment. Not suitable for families.
I completed one week and till today no one responded to my request to refund the amount which they got even I didn’t stay. This is totally ridiculous and unacceptable

Not clean toilets
Management of apartments are not responsible and not responding to our calls or emails or communication.
